As founder and head of client service for Motive, the agency’s interactive and experiential marketing unit, Matt and his team provide consumers the opportunity to see, hear, touch and try products, thereby creating emotion-based consumer bonds and differentiating. Prior to founding Motive, Matt led marketing for a fast-growing VoIP provider Virtela Communications and was Account Director at both J. Walter Thompson and UPSHOT! in Chicago. Matt’s practice of developing and managing experiential marketing programs has created higher brand awareness, product or company buzz, goodwill and increased market share, brand loyalty and retention.
